I recently had the pleasure of staying at Pensiunea Poiana Avrigului, and I must say, it exceeded all my expectations. The location is a true gem for outdoor enthusiasts like myself, with fantastic hiking trails just a stone's throw away, and the opportunity to visit nearby Sibiu and other attractions. The rooms were not only of a good standard but also incredibly cosy, and the heating ensured a warm and comfortable stay amidst the Carpathian Mountains' crisp air. The host's hospitality was outstanding, offering homemade delights like tuica, cheese, and goulash that truly made me feel at home. With all these aspects combined, along with the serene surroundings near the forest and river, I couldn't recommend Pensiunea Poiana Avrigului enough for a perfect summer getaway.
